Google Faces Critcism For Google Nexus One Phone Support |

Google is getting unsurprising criticism for trying to offer e-mail-only "support" for its Google Nexus One Phone customers. The BBC is saying that the discussion forums (support boards they call them) are heating up with complaints from customers who don't know who to turn to for support with their new phones and for Google's legendary arrogant efforts to force customers into e-mail only support.
Only the arrogant, effective monopoly and hypocrite that is Google would try to avoid offering phone support to anyone, let alone customers with expensive and complicated new cell phones. Why hypocrite? Their oft-repeated motto is "Don't Be Evil." Well failing to offer phone support - free phone support at that - is indeed evil in my opinion.
