What is Google AdSense? AdSense is Google's contextual ad delivery system allowing publishers large and small the opportunity to earn money from their website content.
The ads are largely text based, with the famous "Ads by Goooooogle" or "Ads by Google" text at the edges of the advertisement. Recently, Google started to offer image ads as well but publishers can choose to run text ads alone.
Google AdSense ads are famously high money makers for niche web publishers thanks to how well the ads match the content on the page and the high resulting click through rate. And of course, the clicks are were the money is. When your site earns a legitimate click, you get paid. Google has software which helps identify fraud so don't bother having your friends click on your ads - it is wrong, fraud and you'll get shut down anyway.
Google recently started to offer advertisers (and thus publishers) CPM or cost per thousand ads which opens the door to being paid some money from any traffic you have, whether it produces clicks or not.
It costs nothing to sign up, you can apply from many countries around the world, they pay like clockwork every month, even electronically, and it's a great place to start earning money from your website. Click the image below to apply today!
